Refunds for Webflow templates purchased through the Webflow Marketplace are subject to Webflow's refund policy. You can check Webflow's refund policy for more information.
2. Custom Design and Webflow Development Services:
Refunds for custom design and Webflow development services will be provided under the following conditions:
  • If the service has not yet been initiated, a full refund will be issued upon request.
  • If the service has been initiated but not completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed and delivered to the client.
3. Refund Request Process:
  • To request a refund, clients must contact us at info@flowbies.com and provide details regarding the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility for a refund will be determined at our discretion.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2-3 business days of the approval date.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including:
  • Any fees or charges incurred for third-party services or resources used in the project.
  • Any expenses incurred by Flowbies LLC on behalf of the client during the course of the project.
5. Modifications to Refund Policy:
Flowbies LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
